Heart Of Stone

I still can not believe, 
but now 
I understand,
Just next to you I felt 
what it mean the sadness.
I can not believe how you lied to me from the start,
How much pain always I felt in my heart.

You deceived me 
with  your sweet words,
Words that are now bitter as wormwood,
You made me believe 
that you love me,
I got drunk with your lies 
more than with the wine.

I can not believe that now you're gone
Even if thousand of times 
i told you I've forgiven you.
You were a coward, a thief of hearts,
A thief of love  thirsty of passions.

Because of you, 
now my heart is like a stone,
No one and nothing could replace my broken heart.
Because of the pain 
that  you always caused me,
I will not ever be able to forget and to forgive  you.
